POP Wine of the Day: Berlucchi Franciacorta Brut '61

- GDF 2011 - For personal reasons I had to try it, we are close to half a century, there was this meeting to look at him and I must say that has not been a meeting of those melancholy of those found in emaciated condition to face wrinkles at least he has not made them but that fifty is still a good looking youngster so labeled for the anniversary. Neither do you, who takes them, but remains very exuberant in contact with any glass container or it may be, and is expressed dense and intense, soft return later in the ranks and make room for viewing the delicate straw-invigorated from greenish and a perlage and initially disordered, but then channeled into thin wires that tirelessly microspheres are delighted to have stayed afloat with good continuity and composure.

The nose reveals just white flowers and fruits of same color and ripe, along with a tempting feeling of yeast that would come up with a steaming hot pizza fresh from the oven. In the background an elegant vanilla, just barely, nothing alarming, as in the expression of a young village Meursault smelling like a courtesan of Versailles, a feeling that is accentuated when the wine salt and temperature remains pleasant, and would even if he had not bubbles, while the absence of minerals that could bring to mind a still wine de la Cote de Beaune . The mouth is very pleasant, fresh, young, clean, acidic, refreshing, but it just tells me, as a fake or a fake blond skinny. Not long and not very extensive but without any coarseness or smear. Sufficiently simple and not too trivial for the nice closure that leaves the mouth dry, but accompanied by a curious turn of aromas of citrus and bergamot pimps as intriguing. I guess to gather support by the absolute majority of the public who will try, first as an aperitif, and we will take at least two glasses in that case, even with only one breadstick Turin. A table tried with great pleasure along with a nappa steamed hake with fresh mayonnaise, but I think a good margherita with mozzarella from Puglia would not be all bad. Extremists abstain, wine and pop that will appeal to all overwhelm the masses, as she does, that just is not 61 but we are there, always counting on a lower back that continues to hold up well.

If you make it all look at him, I love it when he does that , that virtually nothing memorable in the classic expression of the philosophy of "if you can not convince confondili", but the building is as important as worthy of respect.

Garzantine wine: When the encyclopedia misinforms

- gdf 2011 -

Resume presentation of this site labucadelvino.com "Here is a book worthy to be included in the libraries of every wine lover: the Garzanti wanted to include in" The Garzantine "a volume on wine that to provide the broad audience of enthusiasts - novice or an experienced scholars - And the industry knowledge to support a 360-degree world of wine, treated in its terms from every possible perspective. For the uninitiated, this highly successful series started in 1962, comprises a series of thematic encyclopedias devoted to various topics in art, economics, law, philosophy, not to mention cinema, literature, television and for many was and is a valuable and versatile tool for knowledge dissemination. 2300 entries - 600 of ampelography terms and enology - 120 terms of the tasting - 70 Italian wines - 300 Italian producers - and 550 wine producers from around the world -70 depth cards – 66 Profili enologici nazionali e regionali – 64 Tavole a colori fuori dal testo . "

Eccezionale Maison de Négoce fondata nel 1868, comproprietaria del Domaine de la Romanée Conti dal 1942, dispone di 23 ettari di vigneti, tra i quali spiccano nove prestigious grand cru (including red, Richebourg Grand Cru AOC Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru AOC, and white Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru AOC) and eight premier cru, among which we mention the Meursault Premier Cru AOC Genaivrieres. The Domaine is run by volcanic Lalou Bize Leroy since 1989 that practice biodynamic cultivation with wonderful quality results. Wine rare and dear. "

Now, who knows how things really are already'll be smiling, but not wanting to take anything for granted, like thinking that everything written on a book or on the web is true, however, will be to clarify that:

If you indicate the title of the Domaine Leroy, we should not identify it as a maison de Négoce which is something different, which actually exists but is called Leroy knows and is involved in other things rather than cultivation of biodynamic vineyards. The Domaine is located in Vosne Romanée and Meursault. In Meursault, indeed, to be precise in Auxey Duresses is Négoce de la maison.

The Domaine de la Romanée Conti is not co-owned by the Domaine Leroy, Madame Leroy and the DRC share their streets for about 20 years. And it could still be, having been founded in the period in which the ownership of the family was leaving the DRC.

The Domaine has actually 8 premier cru, all in red and not a Meursault Premier Cru Genaivrieres.

hope that there are other cards like this in the work and the notorious editor of the book, Paul Rose, was able to better control the thousands of information in 760 pages thick.

CATHERINE M.

"At first it seems to me that the book I have trouble starting. I speak of the first pages, when the player has yet to begin to settle.
Then, when you see the shape of matriculation, the narrative begins to get exciting.
The parts where you comment on the behavior of the TA personnel, or when you criticize the university, in my opinion are too longish. For example, when the laboratory technician is to coffee machines seem to me that the monologue about how things are going up too much space.
Instead, the parties where the children carry out the surveys made me feel breathless and I really want to know who the real culprit. "

Read and reread: Enrico Bernardo and the best wines of the Mediterranean. The second element

- GDF 2011 -

The Cradle and the origins Wine of this part of the Mediterranean and the other, shaken by the revolutionary movements that are marking the last few weeks and let inevitably the sign in the near future. And then I back up this teaching tool that scans 360 degrees in the civilization of wine even where civilization and civilization have been, they are now and will be increasingly understood in different ways.

Bernardo has traveled in 13 countries and this tells us, from its historical experience and his investiture as the best sommelier in the world, first in school and impersonal way, falling in result in the most interesting part practice what are the excellences that he met in these countries so close yet so far. Wines of the 4000 surveyed at the end he has selected a thousand. a bit surprising 'the inclusion of areas that are not exactly Mediterranean, namely the Piedmont and the northern Rhone Valley, where obviously the highest ratings out there, but it seems that the absolute highest quality of Italian wine stop to Tuscany with the exception of Pantelleria. The scene is dominated north of the southern Rhone Valley, and in detail by the name of Chateauneuf du Pape. Well even though Spain where excellence is concentrated further south, in Andalusia for its great sweet wines or dry, rather than in Catalonia, on the other well-represented with its great red wines. Pleasant surprises from Greece, apparently considerable the fourth largest area in terms of quality. Pearls from Slovenia, Malta and Cyprus. Of the latter two islands you can see little or nothing in our area, which is a pity he can not ascertain with relative ease the characteristics of these products. The lace brief but complete technical tasting deal then these 13 countries: Italy, France, Spain, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Lebanon, Malta, Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia. A good book if understood as an information source which invite niche to try different things from which we are accustomed to drink normally in Italy, while the general plan information as possible to read endlessly replicated in dozens of other works. Thus taking greater account of the first aspect should strive to find things more original and less well-known in Italy and thus broaden their horizons.

Briggs Andgoverner Spring

The fourth element

- the lighthouse keeper -

The fourth element among us four cats that we are delighted to have a chat about topics on web food represents, among other things, the affectionate nickname saddled with a famous chef who became a star and multi Cappellato note in his time for the precise intention never to close the building a plate before putting us into a necessary element, the result of the Marquis cracked attitude, a philosophy which could no longer content to stop the wise rule of 3. The fourth element is also designed for the usual four cats in a chronic shortage of fat the single most risky to add when a dish has already been built well enough to hold an additional element that nine out of ten it would jeopardize the precarious balance: it is the usual case / example of spaghetti with tomato and basil, which added anything else it becomes problematic and almost always disturbing, opaque or otherwise unnecessary. The fourth element was intended in poker of fish bones found in the great charter of all Les Grandes Tables de France for decades, where we always had to be these four: bar de ligne, struggles, and turbot Dorado Royale. It was not the struggle (the others never) I think the Rouget (south) and the sun (north) to close the quadrangle, this addition to the two shells and two crustaceans (shrimp and lobster and oysters as St. Jacques) , another quartet of elements often used in dishes only when all input fish bones ended up edict final list of main dishes.

On one occasion I did not do just shut up and asked the chef Christian Morisset, (I have to go see him in that Figuier Antibes) at that time owner of a kitchen of the palace of the most noble of Riviera the reason for this lack of imagination. The answer was that the rich and the beautiful calm customers Juana Hotel / Restaurant La Terrasse of Juan les Pins was not getting much of what was in the sea, he had learned those four words, and so that was enough for two 18/20mi stars and dozens of other places at the same level. As if to say, this card is designed to meet your mental abilities. Imagine the shock when Colagreco filled his card octopus, sea bream, squid, mackerel, squid and other mysterious marine creatures unknown to the customers accustomed to decades of monotony. Who knows, maybe this was the reason to despair for some maitre who worked for a short period to Mirazur, compelled by questions such as: Pas de turbot? Pas de bar? Vraiment? At other times the term has been reported to the next poker hand you absolutely must never be lacking in a tasting menu pluristellato in any part of Europe where it was offered.

Di un foie gras, di un tartufo nero, a fresh caviar and a crustacean of the Atlantic has hardened the true gourmet fairly sick and tired as well as having in mind an infinite source, and then if you want to do jump in front of what has become routine for him you must purchase materials first expensive and enhance them further with the utmost care, that those parts, in Switzerland, does not mean leave them as natural as possible, but go on but just as richly consistency of sauce and accompaniment that is in harmony or contrast, and unconsciously to customer, reducing them to the state of brain texture if you want to call this kitchen haute cuisine. -gdf -

Resolutions: visit the highest two-star Michelin and less expensive in Europe, The Oxalys

- gdf 2011 -

"A 2.300 metri d’altitudine, Val Thorens , che finora non aveva alcuna gastronomic tradition, a new era: that of the great food! So, with your skis, you can go to lunch all'Oxalys, located at the entrance door, where the young chef Jean Sulpice offers a menu of more affordable two-star French ...

Remember: only recently, the ski resorts were no man's land of food, and stay a week was synonymous with pizza, fondue and raclette at will. Fortunately, this era is over and the sad good food is now one of the priorities of the skiers.
So, Val Thorens is school until 2002, it was almost impossible to eat a decent meal, and (for once!) That you could not approve the conduct of the Dutch people who never travel without carrying food ... Since then, a young chef has decided to give a new impetus to Station: Jean Sulpice is .
This Savoyard pure and hard, that he never moves without a knife in his pocket, he first rose to the challenge that places the altitude: 2,300 meters, with roads blocked by snow and regularly temperatures can drop below 18 degrees, not cooking as downstream.

Get the scallops or Britain diamonds involves considerable logistics. The cooking times are longer, the bread and the food dries more quickly on contact with air (with low humidity), and even the same wine can taste different, such as red, they age rapidly, and champagne , whose bubbles are more vigorous and purposes (which is quite an advantage!)
The merit of Jean Sulpice, therefore, is to forget all these contingencies. You go to eat with him, with skis on their feet, as if nothing had happened, "when it is decided that the mountain '...
With two stars in Michelin Guide and a menu € 50 that places it among the most affordable gourmet restaurants of France, Jean Sulpice has won his bet. You go to eat with him in winter, in full season, but even in summer, returning from an excursion.
On the culinary Jean Sulpice stands out above all for his skill in cooking and seasoning. Its strength lies in having assimilated the canons of French cuisine, with Pierre Marin , the chef star of ' Auberge Lamartine, to Le Bourget-du-Lac .

Succhi miscelati, spume preparate trap and with infusions of wild plants ... "I felt lost, it took me six months to adapt! But in the end, I was 5 years . A turning point in my life. "Veryat For Marc, Jean Sulpice was equipped with a surprising maturity, given his age," as a boy he met in his short career. "
dishes absolutely Do not miss all'Oxalys?
The aroma of Parmesan gives lightness and a milky sweetness that contrasts with the consistency of thick soup with chestnuts. A delight.
In terms of dessert, Jean Sulpice has created one of which he is most proud of: it is an apple whose skin has been replaced by a coque de meringue croquante (a shell of crunchy meringue) and perfectly spherical . Sinking inside the spoon, there are pieces of Confites pommes au miel (candied apples and honey), other fresh pieces of chantilly à parfumée anthesis (Cream montataprofumata anthesis, a concentrated extract of licorice flavored with aniseed) and glazes au miel (honey ice cream) ... A set that combines explosive acidity and sweetness.
"never forsake my native Savoy," said Jean Sulpice, who loves to go alone to go to source from small producers. The food, among other things, pays homage to the finest products of the region: the blue cheese of Termignon of Marcel BANTINE , fish and shrimp caught from Lake Geneva Eric Jacquier , Honey mountain Michel Mathiez , the bread flour Triève of Duprat (a Menuires), plants dried Claude Benoit and Philippe Durand (elder flowers that grow organically, and woodruff genepy ).
Magalì , wife of Jean Sulpice and former sommelier Marc Veyrat, is - what she - in charge of wine lists. And it is to you that I have a real discovery: the vins de pays d'Allobrogia of Brice Omont, products Cevins, not far from Albertville. Minerality of wines from the exceptional blend beautifully with the kitchen of Jean Sulpice!
"A chef must also engage and think of the future. This is why I cook every day for the canteen of the nest of Val Thorens and port to the children of good food. "The success of this initiative over the odds, since children in the evening, refusing to eat what they cook their parents ... and push them to take cooking classes by my Jean! "This is so as it prepares a new generation of gourmet."

Can I Have Trichomoniasis And Not Know

Draft handbook of the philosophy of ethical vagrancy.

- del Guardiano del Faro –

Avviso ai naviganti

Differentemente dalla scelta di vita del clochard, il cui cambio di vita può essere dovuto ad un insieme di motivi o da uno specifico tra quelli che possiamo ben immaginare, il barbone etico si potrebbe evidenziare nel suo modo di essere per il non totale abbandono di un certo contatto with social life and manners, while deciding to go to life borderline as was the case manager that Milan, who last year decided spontaneously to drop everything to go live in the stations of Milan, for his choice of abandonment of its profitable brokerage business but also to exploit its culture for the benefit of those who had been in that situation is not entirely convinced of their own, but in part a victim of its choices as well as those of others, or others. Now I could be a period of ten lines without putting a point and without being seasick the reader can proceed. I state that this is just a approach to the topic e se qualcuno fosse eventualmente interessato a pubblicare l’opera integra stavolta caccia i soldi prima e poi degli scritti ci faccia quello che gli pare, quindi, comme on dit a Milan, barboni astenersi. Una volta resosi conto del cambiamento Stop the wind and drift to the contrary could also avoid altering the landscape of the city at night going to get under the bridges and covered with cardboard, the better would be a small studio apartment with garden where we grow vegetables for trade or resell. Desirable to change the future held in one to one relationship between an artichoke and a chicken egg. This as a basis, then there is also the chicken killed in exchange for a box of tomatoes as a bottle of oil for a dozen fresh anchovies. The tramp ethical dresses with decent clothes, even second-hand but not by a few manufacturers eastern euro and no quality, not to exploit poverty and near-slavery and then either free as his choice. The tramp moves ethical cycling, but when he needs to travel distances in a less strenuous take a bus, expects to have in his pocket a big bill, always the same for years, asking this because you buy the ticket directly to ' driver it will never have the time or the liquid to give the rest. This example to show that it is not vagrants, homeless because of ethics would pay, the driver or the controller will not be able to give the rest of € 198.50 and then the conscience will be alright. The tramp of ethics should not be important to the restaurant, but even the international fast food heretic al limite, se e quando potrà, si recherà alla piccola trattoria a menù fisso di cucina regionale con massima spesa di 11 euro tutto compreso. - gdf -

Monetine turnip head to the supermarket

- gdf 2011 -

Quelle che servono che comprare un onesto, valido e sometimes even excellent wines coming of 'Alto Adige South Tirol or if you prefer. My coins intended for Vinelli everyday I gave her all the tenants of South Tirol. I am convinced, and say, you know that news, you found the hot water. Yes, I am more convinced every time I enter any building devoted to the administration of large retail chains. In the basket will end up with orange juice anti hangover, the roll of toilet paper, frozen peas, batteries for the camera, beer Tamarra for the moments of anxiety pc and then it is time to throw an eye to the magazine Wine kitsch, where in fact there are no great surprises almost never, but thirst is so great and some minka always ends up in the cart. Wanting to avoid the ciofeche reliable and secure system that applies is (lack of decent labels written in French) to the address label written in German. Never caught a license plate from ciofeche undrinkable wine cellars South Tyrolean. And I'm not talking about that Terlano, which I believe can be understood as the best in Italy, but also less refined products and even cheaper still. Taken for granted that a Bianchisti like me to find in a small paper while the wines from the cellar Terlano represents a lifeline always reliable, but also other wineries that I'm not here to list available to the general public of hyper and super market a range of products if you have not paved the palate should be able to appreciate, because they have two or three speeds more than all the useless amount of rinsing exposed to even higher prices. Band 5 / 9 coins. Damn, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Sylvaner, Sauvignon, Traminer, Muscat yellow ... and so on, because the variety is very different from those parties, and also almost always clearly identifiable in his modest but fair limits, never a caricature, in fact, almost always clean and identification. I'm not looking great complexity, seeking freshness, acidity, verticality and frankness of scents and flavors, and almost always find these products. Hoping that a little knowledge and experience leads me to good use in the future some coin taken out of a supermarket. - Gdf -

How Can I Make My Necklace Shorter

- GDF 2011 -

Maybe the vegetable most mistreated by tradition, in ways both say, is in proverbs and finally uses in cooking, at least historically. It is not blood from a stone quarry. The French a goose, a turnip to English. Soldiers of the Pope, in eight to dig a turnip. As if to say, it is impossible to expect di trovare dei validi contenuti dentro a chi o a cosa è palesemente incapace di produrli.

La versione rossa invece, la barbabietola rossa, this has had even more problems to land on the big boards. Gets on hands peeling red, then what are you doing with that fleshy tuber that can sometimes land too? So many things have been done here and I will mention some that have made the happiness of many gourmets. The simplest of all, in the home version is a blend beetroot, go to chinoise and emulsified with a pinch of gray salt and a tablespoon of raspberry vinegar. No oil, no need, the beet is already "greasy" to her. Then take the purple sweet shrimp head and dipping them raw into the emulsion to achieve one of the most delicious dips imaginable. Cup Champagne roses with accompanying judicious and the amount of shrimp will prove increasingly inadequate.

Some dishes "turnip head"

Turnips, beets, turnips, turnip ... Mauro Colagreco.

steak turnip ... Piergiorgio Parini

Risotto with Beetroot and Gorgonzola ... Enrico Bartolini.

Risotto with white turnip, coffee, cocoa, honey ... Chris Milone.

Peche, Navet, betterave ... Alain Passard

de Glace au raifort Navet daikon ... Pierre Gagnaire .

Foie gras et betterave ... Marc Veyrat

etc ... etc ... etc ...
And in this excellent combination of turnip head, here in live performance obviously drunk.

Vegeta And Bulma Episode 102

The wine of the day: none of that ...

- gdf 2011 -

Investigating further jumps out a few notes of white fruit in the middle of the lively bead, the latter of fine grained. The mouth sits nice comfortable distracting the senses and nasal visual impression, because little savory and probably because the dosage is quite high and then becomes almost cloying in the long run. Champagne Varnier this female, have by knocking down beautiful ice to hide the softness that makes it ideal even for a Kir Royale, which would turn more towards the sweet, except maybe throw in the fresh juice of pomegranate, and then astringency and acidity would finally be able to compensate for the excessive roundness and lack of personality.

Armadillo's Meeting The next three Michelin stars in 2011? : Guide Rouge France.

- GDF 2011 -

Throw a breeze petillant on blogs more sensitive to the events relating to the Germans Gallic. There may be a new three star hotel in northern France in March, it can be guessed from reading the words of the knowledgeable Figaro journalist François Simon . Last year, the Rouge award went to the deep south west of 'hex to Fontjouncouse in the land of the Cathars, and this year could take the opposite direction and go north east to Reims. Without detracting from the undoubted quality of the board of thirty-five young Arnaud Lallement and the total of its excellence in hospitality Assiette Champenoise there is the usual gossip carnevalizio also the usual round of reviews of contour.

The first is the usual theorem geopolitical, because a city like Reims is orphaned by a three-star from the time of Gerard Boyer in the sumptuous Les Crayères , then left orphaned by last year also bistellato Didier Elena and still in slow recovery phase. In addition, the city is the capital of the largest wine name in the world, and induced production that continue year after year to support an economy that strongly reflects his profile and throws its shadow far beyond regional boundaries and the name itself. The lobby and office printing of the producers of the Champagne is the most organized and piercing the planet, even in front of the battleship Bordeaux and seasoned advisers to the good news about the Brunello di Montalcino. Then, if we want to put even the eight hundredth anniversary of the Cathedral of Reims seems to me that the reasons for boundary blow the caps would not miss it at all. I do not know the young Arnaud, I went there when the rudder was holding her father's Chapel student of the same age and died of his master. The boy had to dry her eyes rolled up his sleeves in a hurry to address the burdensome legacy of a hotel with fifty rooms to renew and revitalize their seats at the restaurant and whose kitchen was recently expanded in view of the possible eventuality. It 'obvious that the difficulties did not put in the boy, that whatever happens has already done a lot for himself and for his city waiting to see if the third macaron will join the other two macarons.

Interview Im Equity Derivatives

Thanks chef! E 'dead Santi Santamaria.

Santi Santamaria I known in 1993, then returned in 1994 and 1995, riding on his ascension to the third star. Then again in 2001, then fell in love with the Roca, desculpe chef! I liked his cooking now, I was on holiday in Costa Brava in a place rather far from Sant Celoni. The Hostal de la Gavina, S'Agaro. La Gavina is a gull, crowds and traffic of the roads impassable Catalunya can smile a dip and the other in search of a little fish in the Mediterranean. By car is different, find the motivation to go three times a week in August by Santi Santamaria El Raco de Can Fabes, while thousands of cars clogging every road opening was a pleasant pain, experienced as a scratch before a orgasmo . Another day they find a nice thing to add after the publication in order to be kept then here, in our small store of beautiful memories of the beautiful people who have given me some reason to get by.

How Much Does Grocery Gateway Cost?

"Prometheus" (1 May 1944) *

"Anti-fascism of the democratic parties, which in the worst of the crisis were joined by Italian fascism as a big brother, anti-fascism of the old and glorious Socialist Party, which for congenital gullibility verbose policy has paved the the road paved with his own weaknesses and mistakes, not our anti-fascism.
" If anything, communism is anti-fascist in the same way that is anti-liberal and undemocratic, so the distinction between fascism and anti-fascist bourgeoisie is our very arbitrary, artificial and controversy, because both are full dalla stessa matrice storica.

"Only the total struggle, fierce, against capitalism, against all its manifestations, and particularly against the war that capitalism is the extreme, the most unjust and barbaric event, ensure the reliability and practicality of the fight against fascism Mussolini today and democratic fascism of tomorrow. Dinner of the century in an atmosphere of fin de siecle deja vue

- the Lighthousekeeper-

notice to mariners. For

Parallels in the mirror. Of course, wines and Champagne will be up to the importance of the event and flowed to emphasize this jolly atmosphere with a smile as pulled last night on the Titanic or the evening before the Bastille Day. I like those exaggerations deja vue and the end of the beginning of the last century where they pretended not to know really well how things were going, or maybe you wanted to steal easy and futile pleasure taken in a conscious joyful hysteria, preamble to the brink. Proceedings of the story, as business cycles, such as reflux, as when in 1911 they built palaces and five star luxury hotels throughout Europe. Here, from the lighthouse, I can see the structures decayed or partially abandoned at least six of the 12 that marked those years in one small Sanremo, then a fishing village up to the world stage for the presence of a casino and personalities of the highest international profile that attended those living in beautiful palaces and huge or luxurious private villas. 1911, I picture a bit 'well, overestimated as a period of euphoria experienced against all logic and common sense, while Italy declared war on Turkey and simultaneously invaded Libya , While the Germans had in Agadir with a warship jeopardizing relations with France , while an Italian house painter stole the Mona Lisa the Louvre, while among the thousands of buildings and luxury hotels are also ushered in the Victorian on the fiftieth Unit, while celebrating the success of the first bombing of the history of aviation, while on a warm spring inaugurated the Titanic.

Grenache in the Piedmont

I wonder 'if in Piedmont has anyone ever planted some rows of Grenache, well, I am not surprised ..
Meanwhile, the "strange famolo" shift from a 'original idea of \u200b\u200bHazel:
"try to combine the Grenache and some of its biotypes to the flavors of the Piedmont ".
said than done. And where, if not in the heart of Monferrato? Besides the excuse to visit Ezio Trinchero , but a friend also a great winemaker, with very clear ideas on the way to go to make the wines more and more 'authentic and tied to a unique terroir.
But here we are the theme of the day, difficult to draw up a list of merit, the facets of this vine collective are many and varied. uncorking an order could not be established, by calendar year are likely to drink Dettori to 18 degrees before a cool and easy to drink Valleponci ... then go for alcohol.
Valleponci opens the dance, pleasant and easy to drink, Domaine de Gassac '06, acidity 'that pushes a few more years to wait, Terzi Massa Vecchia '01 Alicante (with a little' Malvasia Nera), we liked to elegance and incisive spicy, Fabrizio Niccolaini not produce more 'and if you find you want to drink a few bottles of the Consortium of Turin.
Bello, textured and savory Ogu the beloved Panevino (escapes me but 'the year) aka Gianfranco Manca, perhaps here in blends with grapes Monica, I love this company and I find it hard not to get excited.
The Perda Rubia '06, Cannonau pure undoubtedly the most 'singular and' the most original, will be 'perhaps the foot franco ?
